The Green Expo provides a wide variety of green options and information for local cottagers and landowners who require green services or products. In addition to the Exhibits in 2010 there will be demonstrations running throughout the day with informative presentations for participants. There will be green children's activities and the opportunity to purchase local products at the Farmer's Market. On Saturday, there will be a canning workshop available to a limited number of registered participants. To cap off the event, the Central Algoma Freshwater Coalition will again be hosting a fundraising dinner to support the Coalition's goals to protect, improve and restore water quality in Central Algoma. Projects of the Coalition provide information and practices that will enable the general public to become good stewards of our natural resources for the benefit of current and future generations. The dinner highlights local meat and produce. Entertainment to follow.

The 2010 Expo will be bigger and better! It is scheduled for July 23rd and 24th.
